The Twins

Clean, close to town. Plenty of heating options, two bathrooms.

The location was quiet, with only a short 10 min drive into Queenstown CBD. Set on the high side of the road, allowed for picturesque scenery throughout the Villa. The furnishings and beds were comfortable, with a modern kitchen and laundry and dryer facilities. The Mercure Resort is only across the road, which was an added bonus for dinner and drink options. Would definitely return to The Twins.

Parking was a little tight for an 8 seater van. However, for smaller vehicles, this would not be a problem.

Location was good. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The lounge was comfortable and spacious. Garage was great for storing ski gear.

Bathroom and bedroom door handles were broken which meant we couldn't close or get out. The downstairs bedroom was so cold it was inhabitable, and there were no heaters to use. The host gave me the wrong phone number and wifi password. I managed to find the correct phone number but they did not reply until 3am the next morning. The shower door was broken and couldn't close.

Very clean, comfortable facilities. Felt very much at home while being away from home. Lots of little extras noted and enjoyed.

Heating seemed to be finicky - all or nothing.

Location, very accomodating, and everything readily available, response time was second to none, just brilliant service overall
