Three master bedrooms, which is amazing.

May be better to top up kitchen utensils.

Modern facilities and fabulous layout. The amount of bathrooms was amazing. The heating was great. Loved it.

Number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for a big group. The property is new, sunny and warm.

Lack of pantry made it a bit difficult to store food which we had brought to cook with, basic utensils available, not enough big bowls and trays to cook with.

kitchen equipment n utensils were lacking. No big pots for a large group. No instruction manual on how to operate kitchen stove, ovens etc. However phone calls for assistance were promptly attended to by the service staff.

The location and that it is a new house

We booked a five-bedroom house for 2 nights. However there was mouse infestation. There was mouse poop everywhere. We found the mouse droppings in the kitchen, the pillows, the bed sheets, floor throughout the house. In the night, we also heard the mouse scratchings. Some of them entered our suitcases, contaminating our clothes. We were moved into a 4 bedroom house on the second night of our two nights stay, which didn't have the mice problem. We have asked for a 50% refund which we thought is more than fair given that the first night was ruined and the replacement house was smaller in bedrooms. However, even though we had asked for a 50% refund, we were given less than that. The owner was accommodating in moving us, but they were not reasonable in terms of the refund amount.

The hot water system was turned off which resulted in a few cold showers before we identified the cause
