Chamberlain House - 3 bedroom house by Manly beach

Great size and easy to Access

Was in a good location but the travel in and Out of the peninsula to other Auckland attractions was a bit repetitive

Really comfy, has everything you need, good living spaces and outdoor bbq area.

How close to the beach we we're and the kids loved the games room.

If you don't like heights, (like me), the top of the stairs with the low railing can be a bit scary.

Quiet place

Loved having the three bedrooms for our family to spread out and a self catering kitchen. The bathroom was excellent. Kids loved the games room. It was a small walk to the beach and there was a big park across the fence.

Unfortunately the king bed was very uncomfortable and the furniture in the lounge is pretty old and past its best re comfort. Needed a way to hang wet clothes inside eg drying racks. Both kids got folliculitis from the spa so some better water treatment is needed there please. The bus that goes past regularly is very loud and literally shakes the house as do bigger cars with boats. Windows are single glazed and rubber seals pretty much gone, so a lot of breeze getting in.

BUNK BEDS WERE VVERY UNCOMFORTABLE, HAUR DRYER DIDNT WORK.

Was a whole house was comfortable, loved the games room area with the kids easy walk to beach and park for kids dairy right next door

Smelt very very musty , no tea towel , lights kept flickering in bathroom and downstairs bedroom the plugs were a little faulty in downstairs bedroom. But all in all would definitely stay here again very comfortable for family's
