Has the real feel of a NZ beach House when I was young. The two outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxing are great.

Had an ant issue in the kitchen. And was surprised to find the photo of the Pool table etc not part of the actual accomodation.

Location was great for what we wanted, family in nearby suburbs for Christmas day. The weather was not good so we could not use the beach but nice to walk to it.

We did want to use the bbq and my husband had to clean it down to be able to use it but once he lit it it caught on fire with all the fat that was obviously in it, so perhaps a suggestion to make sure it is cleaned for use cos it could have been dangerous. We turned it off but it did give him a fright and we ended up using the fry pan to cook our meet inside.

Loved how close it was to everything including a 1min walk to the beach. Meke games room and spa!!!
