Spa out of order

Warm, Clean, Comfortable, Private and very Spacious

Bed sheets smelled like it has not been dried well.

The spaciousness of the house was great for our group of 8 having a special weekend together. The location was quiet and pleasant.

We were, however, very disappointed that the spa pool did not have enough water in it and was not warm enough. There were two showers in the house. One was broken and not usable, and the other had a blocked drain pipe, and water kept flooding onto the bathroom floor. We also had to buy toilet paper and paper towels as there were not enough supplied. There wasn't a dish brush in the sink either. These things caused us a lot of frustration during our weekend. This accommodation was supposed to be the ideal venue for our all together weekend but instead left us somewhat disappointed.

Dès notre arrivée, la literie sentait une odeur ressemblant a la transpiration sur les lits et coussins. Un scolopendre est sortie de la salle de bain qui n'avait pas de bouchon de douche ainsi que des blattes.

Location was really good your 10 mins away from town amd activities which was great and down a nice quiet street

The master bedroom bed was hard to sleep on and asking several times to see if I could check in an hour early only to get no respnse so by the time it was 3 and I could check in the lock box wouldnt open and had to call her to get the right combination cause the number was wrong. I wasnt too sure if she would answer seeing as though I tried to communicate with ger prior about earlt check in. A simple yes or no would if been great as other holiday homes are good that way

Very close to town and nice quiet and safe area. The house was huge with everything we needed during our stay.

The spa pool had a bit of a build in the middle filter but which we only noticed once we got in, but hubby sorted it so no issues.

The house was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Great to have a spa onsite which we utilised. The outdoor area was nice too.

There were no flannels and we struggled to Chromecast to the tv but eventually worked it out. One thing we didn't expect was the neighour telling us we must not use the spa past 10pm. We had read this rule and was something we were never going to do so didn't think the neighour needed to tell us this.

Not much to be honest.

Very disappointed with the bedding. One mattresses was rock hard. The pillows were beyond anything you’d ever sleep on. 6 pillows were so old that the stuffing was all lumpy and flat as. The linen and pillow cases smelled (to the point we covered them with our own clothing and we are assuming it is due to all the previous washing of sheets, towels and pillow cases slowly drying due to hanging on clotheslines inside the cold garage for days. We had to remove dry washing off the air dryer to hang our own clothes. We couldn’t garage our rental car because of this. The fridge is way too small. And the kicker was when we were out one day someone came and mowed the front and back lawns, access was gained while we weren’t there. We should have been informed. No outdoor setting or bbq and instructions from the owner not to cook anything smelly inside. No option to cook outside.
