Quiet home with modern touch

Just a short drive from the city centre. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed.

Great wee property - great value for money. Pet friendly. Warm.

Painted steps at the front door were very slippery with overnight dew/rain and I slipped down them, injuring my shoulder and bruising my arm. Would be good to have a sign warning people to be careful and hold the hand rail.

The main reason we booked this accommodation was that it was in a quiet street and it delivered really well. This home was clean and tidy, with all the amenities one would want. Another nice attraction was one could hear Kererū and tui in the trees by the house.

The sheets were heavily pilled, the fabric was loose, and there was a large amount of hair from multiple people. I asked the host to replace them, but he refused and told us we could leave if unhappy. It was late at night, so we had to stay using our own clothes as a barrier. We left the next day and had to change our plans. The host’s attitude was unprofessional, and the hygiene standards were unacceptable. Not recommended.

Everything! Spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Only criticism is that there was what looked like a coffee or tea spillage down front of drawers to left of sink. A tiny issue but was easily wiped up.

A comfortable house, but we weren’t there long enough to ascertain anything specific. It was the ideal location for our specific requirements and neat & tidy.

Main bedroom steps were dangerous to negotiate at night. There was no breakfast provided. Washing was left in the drier. No breakfast.
