Overwhelming sickly fragrance throughout house from plug-in air fresheners. Couldn’t get rid of the smell, even with windows open all day. Kept all windows open all night to breathe, but then froze in the morning as temps dropped. Specifically requested no strong fragrances or air fresheners before reserving but owner did not disclose use.
NZVery clean and tidy home with great equipped kitchen (easy to cook “at home”), coffee machine and literally everything you could possibly need away from home. Extra bonus, beautiful and privat garden in quiet area of town to enjoy the warm afternoon/evenings/dinners outside Cosy on Courtney’s hosts are quick to respond to any questions and lovely to communicate with 100% recommend :)

GBHome from home in this beautiful clean and comfortable house. Everything about this lovely house made it easy to relax in. The location is just the right distance from the town centre and ideal for regional sightseeing.
CAEverything, it’s a three bedroom house and has everything you need and beyond. The thoughtfulness of everything campers us greatly and made our four night stay the most enjoyable experience in NZ.

NZEverything was amazing, from the cleanliness to the helpful thoughts of little things like doggie bags. This house and its owners are true hosts that go above and beyond for you. The house made us feel like we were home away from home. A very well organized, thought out and modernized home to stay in. Extra brownie points from Dad as he got to enjoy a coffee machine while away from his beloved machine!.
If I had to be extremely picky, it would be the barking dog in the neighborhood and us leaving the house on our final day 😢.
NZThe owners were fantastic. Very caring and welcoming. Offered to help us with our car troubles we were having. They went above and beyond. The house was lovely and clean and packed with everything you need. Thank you for a lovely couple of days. We were gutted to cut it short but we will be back!
