NZComfy, homely, clean, well appointed home. Owner left us milk and chocolates, kindling cut ready to go. House has everything you could need. Netflix etc all on TV and all. We will go back again.
Nothing at all
NZCosy on Courtney was the best holiday homes we have used so far. Lots of little things to make it really great. Electric blankets on the beds, firewood waiting for us, wifi and movies to watch (when one of the kids were sick), fruit trees, big yard, Favorites in the fridge, friendly and communicative hosts, super clean. Everything to make the place comfortable had been thought of! We highly recommend cosy on Courtney.

GBIt was self catering - the house and grounds are fabulous, but it took a bit of time to get used to the town but was a good location for exploring the wider area which has some amazing attractions.
The property was great but the town itself is not a tourist resort
NZNZWe loved all the extras the owners provided, especially the espresso machine.
The only thing we didn't like was the low water pressure in the shower but it was a minor detail.

NZI appreciated that the owners left us ice in the freezer, milk in the fridge and coffee to be used in the coffee machine. I really appreciated that there was a coffee machine! There was a good selection of utensils, pans and kitchen equipment so we could cook a decent meal. Everything was nicely presented with some nice decorative touches - it felt more like someone's home instead of "just" a rental.
Very little! I'm honestly struggling to think of any negatives.
