A beautiful house with lots of room

We were emailed the wrong lock box code. When we arrived at the property we were not able to access the house. We tried to ring Bachcare and were told nobody could talk to us. We finally got through on the 3rd attempt with the correct lock box code. It was very stressful and upsetting especially with young children and it was 8 pm.

Garden/grounds outside needs TLC. A few things inside could be improved to improve the experience.

"Mostly suitable for our needs."

Location.

Some of the crockery provided was lacking for 5 people eg breakfast bowls, Heater in bedroom downstairs didn't work or needs better instructions on how to use it. Provided hair dryer is dangerous, needs to be replaced.
