Great little place in a good location for town centre and beaches. Perfect for a pre or post airport stay or longer if you know you just need a place as a pit stop after being out all day.

Bed could have been more comfortable

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, the area was quiet. There are large supermarkets in the area ( walking distance). We found free parking not too far from the apartment, there are always a couple of empty parking spots. The owner left us a bottle of Madeiran wine on the table. That was really nice 🙂 Everything you need is in the apartment. Will definitely book again if we ever come back to Madeira 🙂

We enjoyed our stay at Pedro's flat. We were welcomed with a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Madeira wine. At any time Pedro was quick to respond to any of our queries. From the apartment it is a short walk down to the beach or into the centre of town or the bus station. We only booked for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer.

When we first arrived in Machico we had difficulty finding the address. For some reason it didn't appear on our Google maps. Perhaps more detailed directions might help.

This was a lovely little house in the middle of a local residential area, in a very quiet environment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the essential equipment for even a longer stay. A big plus was the coffee percolator instead of a coffee pod machine! In the kitchen, there was washing liquid, oil and salt, tea bags and even coffee filters and ground coffee! We were welcomed with a bottle of local wine and some fruits. The bed was very comfortable, no creaks or squeaks. Nice bedroom with reading lamps and electricity outlets beside the beds. There was a small terrace outside, with a table and chairs, where we had our morning coffees. The centre of Machico within a short walking distance, also the walking trails were easily accessible from this location. Overall a lovely place to stay at!

We arrived early due to early flight and we were able to leave our suitcases at the property whilst it was being prepared for us . The accommodation was so central and had everything we needed to self cater for a few days in Machico with 2 large supermarkets nearby - and some lovely restaurants.

It was all lovely - the kitchen tap needs a new washer but it was just perfect for us!

Beautiful small house in very local neighborhood.. Comfortable and clean. We spent Christmas there and atmosphere, decorations were cute. Close to the bus station, ocean and city center.

Perfect location for exploring Madeira, the small town of Machico is within walking distance where you will find a selection of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. We hired a car whilst in Madeira and there is parking nearby which is free. The owner was very welcoming and even greeted us with a bowl of fruit, some Madeira wine and jam and crackers. Lovely touch. The house has everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay. We cooked a few nights and used the washing machine. Really comfy bed.

- the house had everything needed. Kitchen equipment, iron, washing machine, etc. Perfect for a longer stay - quick and efficient check-in and check-out, - proximity to a free city parking lot. We almost always found a place there - 5 minutes walk to a larger store, - peace and quiet
