Casa do Terço

The house is really big and was perfect for 5 people. We appreciate that house is fully equipped with everything. We rented the car, so location was good. It was quite easy to find parking place. The beautiful village Camaro des Lobos is only 5 minutes by car.

The house is huge and has everything you need! Perfect for family/friends vacation! If we go back to Madeira, we know where to stay.

The fact you have a bed in the attic (if you need more than 3 rooms) and you have to cross another room to get to the toilet downstairs. Gives no privacy to the people in that room. The fact you need to cross it can't be changed, but I think if a toilet was built in the attic it'd be nice.

A very spacious, clean house equipped with all what possibly could be needed! Maria was extremely helpful (thanks!) so did the neighbors (sharing the fruits with us in the mornings). Best location out of 3 we have settled during put 3weeks stay. Would definitely book it again and again! even thou the parking and street has been quite challenging :)

It was very homey, looked like it had been lived in previously so it was equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more. Another plus was definitely the spaciousness of the holiday home. The addition of blankets, all kinds of cleaning products, condiments and cutlery was so helpful to us. We were welcomed by Maria, a lovely sweet lady who showed us everything and we were very greatful for such a welcome :)

The power outlets were hard to find and sometimes didn’t work. In one of the upstair’s bathrooms the shower didn’t work, but there were two alternatives. There were some ants in the kitchen, but that’s very common on Madeira, so it’s really nothing. The parking was tricky, although we made it work every time :)

The house was extremely well-clean and equipped! The owner received us and gave us the keys and all the instructions about the house. Everything was great to accommodate 10 people :)

Nothing to complain

Amazingly huge and clean house. It has lots of bedrooms and terraces with a nice ocean view. Also there is a free parking space in the street close to the house. Maria is an amazing host, showed us eveyrthig and helped with all the questions. Its pity we could stay there only 2 days(because all other dates were already booked), Id like to spend the whole vacation in that beautiful place. Truly reccomend!!!

Communication was on point. The house exceeded expectations. It felt super warm in the winter though no heating. Probably the best spot to be in to travel around and the town itself is fantastic with the Henriques winery about 15 minutes walking from the house. Recommended

The only issue is that the wifi only works in the living room and not the bedrooms.

The friendly host, the size of the accommodation, the location, house was cleaned.
