The owner is super helpful. The house is spacious with planty of space. View is great, especially in the mornings. It was a quiet place to stay. Bear in mind there are stairs to get into the house.

It's challenging to park the car on the narrow road.

The house is HUGE - we had the entire 4-storey at our disposal. We never use the attic and the basement anyways. however, the facilities are simply superb. You have a couple of balconies to have your meals, with a great view of the ocean. The house, as everywhere in Madeira, is built on hill-side. You park your car on the main street and then climb down the stairs. It is a really charming neighborhood. The hostess was waiting for us on arrival and was welcomed us enthusiastically - she along with her son, explained everything about the house. All the amenities you need for a great stay were present. We loved it.

Everything was great. Not a 4 star hotel but for the price, it was a decent, clean, fully equipped kitchen - I didn't miss anything. I had a very late check-in (01:00 AM) - and the host was there waiting for us. We highly recommend renting a car, there is a real maze of streets there and without Maps/Waze, you are totally lost.

The house has tile flooring and during the winter they are quite cold. It will be nice to have some rugs only in the winter, in that way we can stay without shoes or slippers. I realize that this is not a problem but a nice-to-have.

again booking keep accepting people whose says there is a parking place in the house when booking itself does not verify this. There was no parking at the house just outside on the street.

The house is massive and a good view, host being very friendly and you get all sorts of stuff you need for the stay.

Could be better if house has some fan or aircon. Since opening windows attracts mosquito and flies that affect comfortness.
