Casa da Azenha - Quinta do Boição - Private pool

The cleanliness, the space in general.

The water was extremely hot, we were worried about our skin, we had to shower almost with cold water to avoid skin burns. The staff didn't take into consideration all the guests and left only 2 beds ready instead of 3 abd there were not enough towels for the 5 of us. When I called the number marked in the house, I was told that I contacted Madeira island!! ($$) And that they were going to contact the staff. There was no place to find any staff. All was closed. Nobody was available to help us. In the end we received the sheets and towels...but all this could have been prevented. This didn't make us feel welcome. It felt you were unprepared to receive our visit. The horses in the back, by the house's terrace, attract many insects, which is normal, but that prevented us from using the terrace...also the smell...horse crap. It must be specified that there is a considerable distance between the house and the pool. We couldn't use it for this reason. We had someone with reduced mobility with us.

Rien de grave : Température de l’eau très difficile à gérer. Manque quelques éléments : tire bouchon, chaise enfant On y retournerait quand même !

O lugar é muito bonito, a casa tem todas as comodidades e uma vista maravilhosa.

Gostaria de ter conversado com alguém pessoalmente ou ao telefone, sobretudo na chegada, porque não é evidente encontrar o local.

La tranquilidad. Y el entorno del lugar. Muy acogedor. La casa tenía de todo y estaba muy limpia. Las camas muy cómodas

Desde el momento de entrada hasta la salida. No te encuentras con nadie que gestione el lugar. Ni al empezar la estancia ni al salir. La casa estaba muy limpia pero el entorno necesita un repaso. Y para tener wifi hay que pagar.
