Dům byl úžasně prostorný, čistý a útulný. Je zařízen vším, na co si člověk vzpomene - nechybí opravdu nic! Velkým plusem je garáž a fascinující výhled na přistávající letadla, který nás opravdu okouzlil. Překvapivě téměř bezhlučné! Nechybí prostorná terasa s grilem, kde je možno pobývat i za deště, protože je částečně zakryta. Skvělá a okamžitá komunikace s milou a ochotnou paní majitelkou. Opravdu výjimečné ubytování. Děkujeme, určitě se vrátíme.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr groß und geräumig. Eine tolle Terasse mit schöner Aussicht. Die Garage fanden wir ebenfalls gut, die sich quasi im Keller des Hauses befand.

Leider überwiegt hier der Teil mehr was uns nicht gefallen hat. WLAN ging eigentlich nur im Erdgeschoss, das WLAN Passwort war nirgends zu sehen außer auf dem Router selbst (Rückseite sehr klein). Bei den Küchenutensilien fehlten leider auch ein paar Teile, wie zb Nudelsieb, nur ein Kochtopf... Auch die Möbel in der Unterkunft, man muss es mögen waren im alten Stil eingerichtet. Die Betten haben leider ein wenig geknarzt. Der größte Kritikpunkt war das Ungeziefer in der Unterkunft, dabei handelte es sich um Kakerlaken und Ameisen. Mit 2 Kleinkindern leider ein Problem. Wir sahen auch bei der Ankunft schon ein Ungezieferspray in der Küche stehen und wunderten uns erst bis wir es ein paar Stunden später merkten warum. Aufgefallen ist leider auch das an gewissen Stellen im Haus weißes Pulver (Ungeziefergift) gestreut wurde. Zur Lage, eigentlich nicht wirklich ein negativer Kritikpunkt, die Nähe zum Flughafen...natürlich hört man die Flugzeuge ein wenig bzw lauter wenn der Wind aus einer bestimmten Richtung kommt. Die Art der Kautionsübergabe fanden wir dabei sehr merkwürdig... es kam ein Mann und eine Frau nach Halbzeit unserer Reise und verlangte 100 Euro ohne das wir wussten wer sie waren. Hier hätten wir die Vermieterin eigentlich selbst erwartet. Was leider auch ein wenig nervig war, das in der Nachbarschaft ein Hund wohnt der nachts sehr oft bellt, wir sind sehr tierliebe Menschen aber das man nachts wenig Schlaf bekommt hat uns gestört.

The value for a price ratio is amazing! Apartment is located right next to the airport, approximately 5 minutes by car. It also means you reach Funchal and almost every popular point easily and quickly. Supermarket is also 5 min driving. Garage is a huge advantage as you do not need to park your car outside. The main perk of this accommodation is the immense terrace with a beautiful view on the ocean and FNC runway. You can hear the aircrafts landing and taking off though it does not bother that much as windows in the house have good insulation. The communication with the host was flawless, same as check in and check out process. Inside the house was clean and well maintained. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is present - appliances, dishes, etc. We are highly satisfied with our stay here!

Large rooms with comfortable beds, gorgeous balconies and barbecue! We will definitely recommend to our friends!

Местоположение - на крутой узкой улице и заезд в гараж требует аккуратности и определённого мастерства.

We really enjoyed our stay, it exceeded our expectations. The house was very large and comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need, from a washing machine, toaster, hair styler to a swing on the terrace. The garage at the bottom was a very convenient option, at first it was scary to drive in at an angle, but after a few times I learned to drive in the first time. I really liked it, we will definitely come back. Thank you!

The towels were not very fresh, perhaps they should be washed better.
