ZiZis Place

Friendly welcome, very big house, tasteful back patio, plenty of balconies, even a neighbourhood cat came to visit. Ideal for a large family, or any small group. Has everything needed and more. Big fridge too.

Very handy location near the airport. Everything you could need at the accommodation. Sunrises spectacular!! Outdoor spaces good.

Property on a very steep road. Furniture a bit dated. Quite a long way from shops for food though a bar serving food about a 3 minute walk

The location is close to the Madeira's airport, it has a beautiful view.

Clean, tidy apartment with 2 large bedrooms and several bathrooms. Bright rooms, great view from the balcony. The kitchen has all the necessary items and equipment. The owner and support staff were amazingly friendly and easy to communicate with. It's only 6-7 minutes drive from the airport, I really sincerely recommend staying here.

The accommodation itself was all very high quality, kitchen superbly equipped and bests super comfy. All extremely clean and every need catered for. We loved the patio space and balconies giving sun at all times of the day!

The location would probably be fine for many people (sub-urban and very close to the airport) but we would have preferred a more rural setting closer to the sea. Seeing the planes taking off and landing was pretty cool though! The property is on a VERY steep slope and getting into the private parking (with automatic gate and garage door) was not always easy because of parked cars along the road outside. We did get used to it but it wasn't stress-free!

We were welcomed by two kind ladies who gave us keys and showed the house. It was super clean and well prepared for our visit. ZiZis Place owns a garage, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a terrace with a space to grill and chill  Beds were very comfortable. There is a very nice ocean view terrace. Before arriving we were stressed a little bit about airplane noise, but it was quiet enough to rest and sleep. The house has everything. Everything. I even don’t mention washing machine and an iron, because you can find there even a blender, juice maker and additional TV in the kitchen. There’s even a papaya growing on the terrace. The street that house is on is very steep comparing it to european-city standards, but you’ll get used to it after parking a few times.

If you use a lot of electronic devices it may be a good idea to take an extension cord with you as there is limited amount of power outlets.
