"No pude hospedarme a pesar de tener la reserva confirmada"

No puedo valorar el alojamiento porque no llegue a hospedarme en el a pesar de tener una reserva confirmada. Nos cancelaron el vuelo debido a la climatología y realicé una reserva para hospedarnos en este alojamiento. Al momento de hacerla nos confirmaron que podríamos entrar a la hora solicitada, de hecho estuvimos en contacto con el alojamiento. El problema vino cuando la persona encargada de dar las llaves no respondía ni al teléfono ni a mensajes, de hecho no lo hizo en ningún momento y finalmente no pudimos alojarnos. Es por ello que no puedo recomendar este establecimiento.

Emplacement exceptionnel, prestations très bas de gamme, en arrivant les lits n étaient pas faits dans la 2eme chambre, on nous a apporté des draps tout froissés avec un drap housse en 140 pour un lit en 90. Les couvertures pour la 2eme chambre, même Emmaüs n en voudrait pas. Les lits par contre sont confortables.

the location right on the oceanfront is perhaps the prime location in all of Faja Grande. The offseason rate was excellent value and the surrounding vistas are unparalleled anywhere.

The photos on Booking.com are of a different nearby property that also shows up on Google maps with the same name. We went there first and found a house not ready for use. The directions sent to us via Whatsapp by the property manager led us to the correct location which is much nicer than the photos of the other place. This should be fixed on the listing.
