"Nice sunset view from this appartement in an old stone house."

Nice location for an view of the ocean and very close from the natural pools. Unbeatable location to enjoy the sunset for the bench or everywhere around the appartment. The kitchen is well-equiped and was clean when we arrived. Our bed and linen were clean too. Think about buying your food and beverage in advance (we got good advices on where to go beforehand). Lots of parking space on the parking lot just next to the house, which is very easy to find and access.

The interiors and the rooms look dated. There is no private space on the outside, except a small bench at the wall. The price is also too high when compared to other places we had in the Açores. Privacy is not that good in the main room since the curtains are not large and thick enough. It is an old stone house and we found some bugs here and (2 large dying cockroaches...maybe there has been a tretment performed just before we arrived?) but all in all, we had a great stay there!

The oceanfront location was the best part. Easy check-in. It was very clean. Large glass sliding doors offered good visibility of the ocean.

Some ants in the kitchen. Some windows without screens and one screen was torn. Flooring has suffered from the humidity (more cosmetic than functional). Air conditioner worked great in the bedroom but I don't think it would keep the entire apartment cold.

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Toplage"

Die Lage ist einfach unübertreffbar. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man mehrere Restaurants und auch den Wasserfall. In weniger als einer Minute ist man an einer Stelle, in der man im Meer baden kann. Das Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet. Neben Bettwäsche und Handtüchern waren u.a. ein Wäscheständer, ein Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle, ein Herd, eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin verlief einwandfrei. Obwohl 3 Ferienwohnungen quasi nebeneinander in einem Haus sind, hört man absolut nichts von seinen Nachbarn.

Das Bett könnte etwas größer und bequemer sein.

Lage für Wanderungen in der Region gut. Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut. Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich hätte bei dem Preis deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Häuschen war feucht und hat muffig gerochen. Die Bilder sind irreführend. Sitzgelegenheit draußen besteht aus zwei Plastikstühlen auf dem Präsentierteller (weil es der Weg am Meer entlang ist).
