Great location, clean apartment.

Lack of a kettle to make drinks and some very basic supplies, i.e. Water in fridge.

Great location, small but had most everything.

The host will knock on your door, try to meet up with outside, anything to not have to talk to you on the booking.com messenger. That’s isn’t an issue as much as the fact that the host doesn’t speak a word of English. So even though I would ask to speak on messenger, she would say come to the office, which was always very unproductive. They also tried to charge me $15 a day for my service dog. And, for the money, the place is ridiculously small.

Location was fantastic. Very nice apartment which had everything we needed.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable as it was quite hard. Maybe worth getting a mattress topper?

The bed was very firm for me.

The location is excellent. There is a fridge in the room which can come in handy. Air conditioning helped keep the place cool in the summertime.

We did not like that we mentioned our dust mite allergies and they decided that opening the windows would remove the allergens... sadly I had to use antihistamine because there were dust mites in the pillows or the mattress. We also did not like that they had a lock box but did not tell us the code, so we had to wait albeit a few minutes, for them to answer the phone and then come and give us the code in person. We did not like the fact that both hand soap and shower soap dispensers were empty. We then asked for these to be filled and a person came and filled them to less than halfway. We did not like that the toilet paper was reaching the end. Did not appreciate having a coffee machine that takes specific capsules and has ZERO there for you to use. So if you only spend a night, you don't even have time to go buy some.

Great location, and despite being small, it was very comfortable. We'll likely come back!

Location and price

Lacked supplies, no coffee pods for unique coffee maker, no drying up clothes, no can opener and no kettle. Kitchen could have been cleaner. It would have been nice to have directions for parking on arrival.

A small very compact recently remodeled apartment in the old town 7 minutes walk from the train/bus station. Very clean and tidy. Good cooking utensils and heating for my November visit. Close to everything interesting to visit and a small grocery just around the corner. Unfortunately, there was no real sitting chair. Good WiFi. Only 3 coffee pods. I would have appreciated more-they can easily be provided in the cost of the room. Under counter lights would have made the kitchen area so much brighter and cheerful.

The room was very clean and well furnished. The location was quiet on the edge of the old town but still close to the center and train/bus station. The host was accommodating and allowed us to keep our bags at the apartment after the checkout time so we could see the convento.
