Großes Haus, in dem auch Gruppen gut wohnen können. Lage relativ nah am Zentrum.

Keinerlei Möblierung für Balkon und Gartenterrasse. Viele Insekten im Haus. Geruch im Haus unangenehm, evtl. auch durch Mottenmittel. Küche müsste gründlich gereinigt werden. Kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
