The owners, very very kind and helpful, the house is really well equipped and in a perfect position to visit the island of Sao Miguel. The spaciousness of the interior of the house and the view from the garden. The very large beds and bathrooms. The house is new, well finished and with a very spacious super-equipped kitchen. We can say that we really liked everything about this splendid villa located on the slope of the hill of Agua de Pau, overlooking the ocean.

Beautiful home to relax in. Centrally located to all the fun things to see and do in San Miguel. Maria and Pedro would respond to any questions we had. Loved sitting on the deck and relaxing with a book and looking out at the ocean. Well stocked kitchen as well!

Hard to think of anything we didn’t like.

Excellent place to stay! We couldn't have wished for anything better. The house is modern and spacious, each bedroom has its own bathroom, kitchen is fully equipped, terrace is big. The location is very quiet, hidden at the outskirts of the village, you get perfect privacy thanks to nice stone fence with automatic gate. Yet, it is a short drive to the "downtown" and ca 10-minute walk. Plus, the house comes with a big neat garden as a bonus. Hosts are great and ready to help anytime. I really recommend booking this place, you definitely won't regret it.

The property was beautiful with an ocean view and stunning sunset views. It was easy to access and centrally located on the island. It was exactly as described and had everything we expected. The hosts were extremely generous and had a portable crib setup for us when we requested a crib (if possible) on booking. The hosts checked in with us during our stay, which was very nice. We highly recommend this property!

Fantastic location. Spacious house with great view. Large clean rooms. Attentive, polite hosts always reachable in case of any issues or questions.

Would be nice to have another set of towels.

The house was exactly what we needed, perfect for two families. We had enough space and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ was brand new. Nothing was missing. Very clean, inside premises and the surroundings. The terrace is large and you can see the ocean.
