Fantastic view, spacious property with big gardens.

The layout of the living/dining room was a bit confusing.

I liked everything :-) It was probably the best house I ever rented via booking.com - and I would use again without hesitation, when coming back to Azores. They advertise it as 15sqm - but it is over 100 square meters, with two almost identical bedrooms (one with its own, additional bathroom), a spacious living room, and a kitchen with everything in it we could need. It has a multi-function washing+drying machine - an extremely useful facility. Great internet connection - up to 0.5Gb/s. The house is located some 20 minutes drive from the airport / Ponta Delgada, in a place with a great micro-climate: even if it was raining all over the island, it was usually sunny in the local area. It is 1 km from the ocean (a nice walk downhill), and approx 1 km from the centre of the nearest village & a grocery store open 7 days/w (a nice, but steep uphill walk). Also a great spot for runners (if you don't mind elevation changes of 60m/km, and lack of pavements almost everywhere on the island).

Nothing negative worth mentioning. Just make sure to rent a car - using this location with a public transport is probably a misunderstanding.

Spacious house, well equipped. Helpfull owners. Clean and nice.

Hair conditioner was missing, another set of towels would be nice.

It is not easy to find the house but it is worth the effort - everything what you need is there, the kitchen well equipped, and the owners are very nice and attentive. Thank you, Maria and Pedro!

I would suggest to change the refrigerator door opening to the other side...
