We really enjoyed our stay in the 3 bed house very clean and so well equipped with everything you would need for self catering

Quiet location but super close to restaurants, beaches,activities. Newly renovated. Hopstays staff terrific!

Sliding doors to back patio did not lock so had to lock the full shutters every time we left. Safe for valuables did not work.

Pillows on beds were very flat. Frying pans have lost their non stick. Needs a lick of paint inside and out. Outside light in the canopy was dangerous with exposed wires. Patio doors didn’t lock.

The villa is very well laid out. Plenty of space and a lovely patio area. The Aldeia de Golfe is a lovely complex with lots of green space and a super Spar supermarket with cafe. Fabulous staff there!!

The following is a list of some of the things that need fixing/cleaning. I list them here in the hope that Hopstays look at this and send someone to the property. I did email them about the dishwasher and phoned twice but got nowhere. Dishwasher emiting a small electric shock when touched on stainless steel part. (We washed by hand) Settee covers filthy. A seat in bedroom upstairs so dirty we put it out on the landing. Many light bulbs blown. Window latch broken in bedroom upstairs. Bbq broken and needs attention. Bicycle tyres flat. 2 wine glasses for 6 people............

Interior is spacious and was clean and relatively modern. Good sized bedrooms and living space. Self check in was great for late arrival.

Exterior in general needs refreshing. In the photos it shows a lovely seating area but there are no cushions or table cloth. The patio is grubby and needs some attention as does the upstairs terrace that couldn’t be used as needs a good clean or even better a paint over. It’s such a shame as it could be a lovely cool place to relax at the end of the day.
