What a wonderful apartment! Clean and tidy and in an excellent location. We had a wonderful stay!

There are a lot of stairs to access but that’s usual in period properties and wasn’t an issue for us.

"great stay and loved the apartment, few improvements would make it perfect"

We loved the apartment! It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished with modern and new decor. It was very nice to find a pack of coffee pods for the machine and a bag of ice in the freezer. There’s also a Bluetooth speaker available in the living room.

There were a few things that could be improved. Communication with the host could have been better, we didn’t receive any check-in instructions and weren’t informed about anything in the apartment, including the presence of the Bluetooth speaker. For five people, we were only given one set of keys, which was quite inconvenient. Lastly, we found two cockroaches in the bathroom, despite the place being very clean. We believe they might be coming up through the shower drain.

Appartamento molto grande, pulito e ben arredato con 3 comodi bagni in ottima posizione e vicino alla fermata del bus di Piata Romana.

Noi eravamo un gruppo di 9 persone, le pentole dovrebbero essere consone alla tipologia di appartamento che si affitta: c' è una padellina da 1/2 persone e un paio di pentole da 4. I fuochi sono uno grande e uno piccolo, quindi cucinare a casa è stato difficile, anche i piatti fondi non esistevano, solo delle ciotoline. Abbiamo dovuto fare mangiare prima i bambini e poi noi. Nelle camere al piano superiore c'è un bel po' di dispersione di calore, facilmente sistemata con uno split di aria in ogni stanza. Segnalo inoltre una settantina di scalini per arrivare a casa che con i passeggini non sono semplici per tutti.
