Beautiful, stylishly furnished villa - house - is located in a beautiful location with a stunning view of the sea bay. The villa has two beautiful options for socializing, a hammock and a bench with a fabulous view. Four air-conditioned bedrooms have separate bathrooms. The air conditioning works very well. The dining room and kitchen are simply furnished for basic cooking and food preparation. The kitchen has an electric stove and dishwasher. Portorož can be reached on foot, but since the villa is located on a hill, I recommend driving, which is not a problem. Parking in Portorož is easy. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within five seconds by car.

It's hard to find anything negative: maybe just a small thing: it's a shame that the common room and kitchen don't have their own air conditioning. But in the heat you're outside most of the time.
