Walking Distance To Beach And Shops

I loved the surf theme and high ceilings.

House was good beach cottage. Nothing I didn’t like about it.

The area was quaint and close to the water.

We had a family of 6 staying at the home. It was a strange place. One room didn't have any air-conditioning and no ventilation. Another room was added off of the living room and just had walls, almost like a loft. Other areas weren't convenient as well. Not very many pots or pots were in poor shape, fridge door kept popping open, we had to exchange the propane tank because it was empty. Owners are not close by so there were many things overlooked. It could of been cleaner. I won't come back and stay here.

The home was spacious. Pet friendly. The beaches weren't far away. Food was great. Kemil Beach was the best experience ever. We walked the trail to the water tower.

We got bit by flies at 2 of the beaches, The Dunes and New Buffalo. Stores and restaurants closed at 9pm. My husband and kids are big people, some of the furniture was a bit small for them, not the owners fault. The house had 1 air-conditioning unit, but in the right room so it flowed throughout the house. Over all, it worked out. We are not uppercrust type people so it was great.

Not central A/C. Only one bathroom downstairs. Only one bedroom with door. Other two are open lofts. Couch not cozy. A ton of seating but none cozy. Small couch and chairs only.

Pretty, open layout with natural light in living area. Comfortable beds. Efficient heating and cooling of whole house. Overall clean and organized home.

The kitchen in particular was heavily perfumed with plug ins and whatnot. It was enough of a small space both guests reacted to it. Storage furniture in pantry is cramped. City garbage bin blocked a majority of the driveway (the only entrance) and required significant maneuvering when turning off a busy street.

Close to certain places we were interested in visiting :-).

It was next to a very busy road which is good but also bad because busy roads = lots of noise even while trying to sleep.

Close to everything,perfect size for our Girls trip group had everything we needed.

It's very roomy, good location. Deck is nicely furnished, grill too. Well equipped kitchen. The home owner is very thoughtful she gave us a heads up on a possible storm, so our cars wouldn't be damaged by trees. Plenty of posted information regarding the property if a problem would arise, e.g. plumbing etc.

I think that whomever manages the house needs to pay more attention to details. There is a towel bar in the bathroom that comes out of the wall and needs to be reattached. Water was left in the Keurig coffee maker, and some glasses were dirty. I washed everything before we used it. Overall, it's a nice house, but it could some sprucing up.
