I loved the fenced yard and yard space. The kitchen was nice and clean.

I didn’t like that the bedroom tv did not work at all in my room. I did not like that we had no access to the garage that was advertised as available in the description. The master bedroom’s spa tub did NOT work so I could only take showers. I did not like that the owner told me he would reimburse me for all the inconvenience and I have not heard back from him since or received any of my money back.

The location is great. The price is very good compared to other VRBO’s. We stayed a few weeks ago during opening week of Dollywood and the place was amazing then.

The AC did not work upstairs. Was told to leave windows open but no screens on windows so loads of mosquitoes and other bugs found a new home last night. The place was tidy, fresh towels, emptied trash, etc. but not cleaned well for our visit. Filthy bathrooms, hair everywhere, crazy dusty. WiFi did not work well. Looks like couches were stained and moldy recently and need to be replaced or deep cleaned. Massage chair buttons no longer working. When we tried to investigate AC issue came back from yard and ended up with ticks.

Great layout for families. A couple of the beds were low to the ground but for us this was not a big deal. Everything was beautiful and well maintained.

We liked everything. We would liked to have been able to stay longer. We thought we needed a later checkout out but didn’t in the end. Manager was gracious to allow more time as 10am was a little too early for us but again they graciously accommodated us.

The house was amazing and huge. The property was well maintained and set up nicely. Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable.

A couple things didn't work like the microwave and 1 of the TVs in the master bedroom but those are easy fixes and the TV was likely user error since I am not the most tech savvy. Only other thing was that there was a ton of glitter everywhere I assume from the previous tenants who stayed but since it was super fine glitter I understand it is very hard to clean up so also not an issue for me.

Conveniently located near the parkway ... secluded enough to be away from everything while being 5 - 10 minutes away from attractions

The beds are too low for anyone over 30 !!!

The log cabin look is attractive having a gated yard for animals is appealing, fire pit and hot tub makes you also attract to the property.

All the beds are in the floor, literally on the floor for our group of all elders is was horrible, one bathroom downstairs and no showers or tubs in the main level, there is a jetted hot tub up a long flight of stairs it doesn’t not work, there is also another shower upstairs long flight of stairs which is a huge inconvenience for elders and also unsafe , the sofa and the covering is stained and had a fowl smell, the floors were all dirty our white socks was brown and had hair on them if we walked in sock feet , the heat is uneventful divided in the home you either freeze or get way to hot, the hot tub is small, water stayed like warm and never got home, parking is a nightmare, and no access to the garage or easy access to the doors to carry in luggage, fingerprints were on appliances and we found dirty dishes in the cabinets. I will never return to this cabin there is a reason the price is so low, it is also on a steep incline going into the home ow it also has broken furniture and the stereo speakers do not work, the Wi-Fi is not stable, the windows are busted there is bugs and bug spray in the laundry room and we think we seen roaches and definitely spiders
