Reservoir Hill Mansion - 4 bedrooms

The unit was huge and clean! Great for 12 people. Rooms were spacious. It has a nice backyard that our pet can run around.

The parking can be challenging and the 3 floors as well. If you dont have good knees the 3rd floor is quite a climb.

This is the 3rd year staying at this property and it was good, as usual. The location was perfect getting to and from our various activities. Very well kept inside the house. Plenty of space throughout the house.

One gripe might be the bed sizes in the rooms. There is enough room to possibly go up to a queen or even a king size bed in the rooms. Not much room for big and tall people. Being a row house, there are a lot of steps to get up to the upper bedrooms. Be prepared. Even though this is not in control of the owner, parking is atrocious if you're driving. We pretty much parked our vehicles and Uber/Lyft wherever we needed to go during our stay.

Great location and neighborhood. This home is gorgeous. The high ceilings and skylights are great.

I think there needs to be just a smaller table along the wall as you enter the kitchen. I wish there was a powder room on the first floor - which would be perfect.

Awesome house!

We were not able to enjoy the backyard due to the onslaught of mosquitoes, which may have been from all of the recent rain. I would suggest possibly having citronella torches or something.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Your home was perfect for all of our activities. And we absolutely loved staying in a historic part of town. Our host was very helpful and always responded quickly! Very clean, comfortable, and spacious!

I'm not used to city parking. When we returned to the home around 9:30 pm on Saturday night, we were not able to find any parking close by, I was a little overwhelmed!

It was a Beautiful house with old and modern decor. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. Tv in each room. Free WIFI.

The Price was high for one night and I wanted to check in early but the owner Allowed me to check out a hour later which if check in is 3p then check out should be at least 24 hrs or at 1 pm. And the parking was bad

I loved the location of the property. I also loved that every room have a TV in it. I also enjoyed the gated backyard, very private and comfortable with tables and chairs.

The bathrooms were located n the 2nd and 3rd floor only.
