Reservoir Hill Mansion - 4 bedrooms

I like how close it was to the Maryland Zoo How easily it was to identify the house by the yellow painted trim on the porch and walkway.

The grass wasn't mowed in the back yard. The front porch was dirty. And there was white animal hair on floor in the house our black socks were white. I don't think the scheduling of a Maintenace person was necessary for a hallway closet door during our two days stay. it interrupted or plans and then the Maintenace person said he had to fix the mailbox. The host also arrived but came in the back basement door and didn't come upstairs and introduce herself. Sunday morning there was a cockroach on the kitchen floor, and I found lifesavers and water bottles under one of the beds that we didn't bring.

The house was very spacious. The location to downtown Baltimore was great. The property manager responded promptly when I reached out.

My room was on the top floor. There are a lot of stairs. If I forgot something downstairs, I wasn't going back to get it.

This was very beautiful. It was well decorated. The bed was a dream.! I had a great sleep. I didn't want to leave. The staff was very responsive. I've shown this property to many ppl and everyone loved it. I definitely recommend!!!

Whew! The stairs were a beast. They were a country mile. Lol.

I know Baltimore has some rough neighborhoods, but this home sits on a nice homeowner block, and it is absolutely beautiful! The neighbors were very welcoming, and friendly. It is bright, decorative, and well put together. We had no idea how big it was from outside, but the inside is amazing! So much space, and it worked well for our large family to spread out, and still have plenty of privacy. And because the living room is open to other levels, you could easily communicate across the home to each other. The back patio is awesome, and is great if you just want to sit outside; enjoy some fresh air, and the lighting makes it very relaxing at night. It gives an old historic Baltimore charm feel, but modern with the art, and upgraded features of the home. I discovered lights in the bathroom sink while brushing my teeth, and I thought that was cool. It was nice having a tv in every room, and WiFi, especially with children & teenagers. Also having 3 bathrooms was a plus for a large group. We were able to visit local family, and downtown attractions, and feel like we were right at home. The host was welcoming, and very helpful. And we had no problem finding the location, getting in, or finding parking. You would feel very safe & comfortable in this home. We ordered DoorDash, and were pleased with all of the options, and the food was great! We are still talking about how great our weekend was, the good memories we will cherish, and how this was a trip we all needed. Book with Reservoir Hill Mansion, you won’t be disappointed!

I really have no complaints at all. If I could even try to think of any, all I can say is that there are 3 levels to this home, and I’m older, so I took a room on the second level, because I couldn’t do all of the stair climbing, but it was no problem for the younger family members to take the top floor. My bed was a little firmer than I like, but that’s only because I sleep on a pillow top mattress at home. But there were plenty of pillows, blankets, and extra soft spare blankets in the closets. Fresh clean towels, and everything needed was there.

Very nice new looking condition. Nicely decorated.
