It was in a great location, very close to the station, easy access to beaches and central Lisbon. Had all the facilities needed. Supermarket is close by.

Only thing I would improve is the cleanliness, for example, potentially change the duvet, and pillows. There was a slight leak behind the toilet as well.

The apartment is spacious, we liked it. Close to the train station, it may be disturbed for those who sleep poorly at night. But after long walks in Sintra, nothing at all prevented us from sleeping. The mattress is soft, my wife appreciated it) Everything in the room worked except the coffee maker (by the way, the reviews already mentioned that it doesn’t work) in general we liked everything, except for the cleanliness, the bathtub was in terrible condition.I was glad that there were two towels (large and small) per person. Since in the reviews people wrote that there was only one small towel. So reviews affect quality) I wanted to rate it 6, but gave it 7. Since it is clear that the administration reacts to reviews.

I really didn't like the room cleaning. From the first minutes the socks were black. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. Despite the fact that the window was always open, dampness was felt. It felt like no one had cleaned the bathtub, since there was mold on the tiles and on the ceiling and even on the hose. I understand that it is difficult to remove, but I usually cleaned the walls in my rooms using a brush and cleaning products. Therefore, I focus on this, since it depends on the cleaning of the room.The drain in the shower stall smelled very strongly of sewer, but we solved it with the help of a bag, every time after the shower put a bag that blocked the drain, thereby saving us from the unpleasant smell. But it still shouldn't be like that. Unfortunately, I don't know how high the price of such housing is for Sintra or not. We vacationed there for the first time.

Great location, next to the train station and caffès. Most of the time there were plenty of spaces to park.

The smell from sewerage is quite strong, water doesn’t go out in the toilet sink. The wi-fi signal is very weak, you cannot really watch anything or work.

The bathroom drainage smells bad. The doors don't shut properly so the smell reaches the bedroom and the living room. There was some hair in the shower. Only one set of towel per guest, regardless of the number of your stay.

Comfortable, close to the center. Equipped kitchen and helpful staff.

By far OUR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! if you are considering booking this apartment please read this before you consider!! We are frequent travellers and users of booking.com, and this is by far our worst experience to date. Firstly, we requested an early check in 3 weeks in advance when we had made the booking, as we were to arrive in Lisbon at 10:45am. We were told this may be possible, or may be not. The day before arrival we were told it was not possible, fair enough, but we were told we were able to leave our luggage and “go and enjoy a lunch” whilst the apartment gets cleaned. Our arrival time - 2:30pm - cleaner had not even been & check in was supposed to be at 3pm!! The staff are rude and if you are not Portuguese they will treat you like nothing & be very condescending in responses sent. We then arrived after at 5:45pm, almost 3 hours after the “original check in time”… cleaner had been but was still not up to scratch. The bed linen is filthy, myself and my partner now have spots on our face because of how dirty the linen is. 2 toilet rolls left for a 7 night stay?? Had to go out of my way to a supermarket and purchase myself… P.S - The only apartment that leaves a welcome card advising to “not take long showers due to a water shortage in Portugal” and “to not use water when washing dishes”… how are you able to wash dishes without using water? By far our worst ever experience, pay the bit extra to be treated like a human.. we’ll be claiming compensation, our complaint has already been sent to booking.com customer service. “Lovely stay” turned out to be the opposite of what it says on the tin…

Good location close to train and bus. About 15 minutes walk to old Sintra city centre Large house , excellent kitchen

there was bad smell probably from shower drain first night , also if staying for couple of days you need to keep using same towels. It's fine for 2-3 days but would be good if you could ask for replacement when needed.

A comfortable accommodation near the train station. We were a bit confused at the beginning in finding the right house but all sorted out quickly with a phone call. The house was very comfortable for 2 people, few minutes from the train station which is good to catch the bus to visit the various sights. Couple of good restaurants around too.

Good location and flat is nice.

The flat was not clean. The shower didn’t work properly. The water would take too long to drain and the entire bathroom had a very bad smell of stagnant water. The bathroom door needed to be closed at all times to avoid spreading the smell. The staff replied to our message when we raised that issue, but never did anything to fix it. We were there for more than a week, so there was a lot of time to fix it. This just makes it feel like the staff doesn’t care about the comfort of their guests.
