Centrally Located Family Home In Tampa

Great space and extremely clean. We were there for a family wedding and everyplace we needed to go was about a 20 minute ride including the airport. Overall we would select this location again.

Not handicap accessible.

The property is spacious and nicely appointed. The bedrooms were large and there was plenty of space to move around, including outdoor space/deck. The kitchen was filled with supplies and utensils. The garage was a very nice feature, especially for the neighborhood which I will discuss next. Laundry is always nice to have if you need it. The location was ideal for us because it was a short distance to all of our planned activities.

It is important to note that this location is in an up-and-coming neighborhood. What I mean by this is that you can have a house in very poor condition next to a house that is fully remodeled. The neighborhood has a low income feel about it, and there is quite a bit of debris/garbage in the street that should be cleaned up (not sure if it was hurricane related or not), but it was quiet and there were no concerns about safety once we settled into the place. We would have been slightly concerned about leaving our vehicle in the driveway, but since there is a garage, we felt secure. The property has a security system so that also helped with the feeling of privacy and security. A fenced in back yard gives additional privacy.

House was nicely remodeled, fenced in with a nice backyard area. Coffee was good, supplied waters in the fridge as well as body wash and shampoo and conditioner.

Master had 2 beds, which was weird, and the beds weren't the most comfortable, very bouncy. Neighborhood doesn't match the house.

Very nice house. Quiet.

The area wasn't so good. The refrigerator didn't work. The freezer did at least, so we used that.

I like that the host responds back in a manner able time and has everything labeled out for you. there is also complimentary snacks and water.

I didn't like that the alarm was chirping throughout the night. it made me a little on edge constantly hearing the noise.

Very nice home. Perfect size for our group of 6 adults.

Centrally located, private parking, small private backyard, space for the whole family, well equipped appliances.

Location is a standout negative, suggest it is described better in advertisement. Manage guests expectations better. No kettle, ice on fridge door doesn’t function, beds are straight out of a hospital or care facility and cleaning products are filthy and not maintained.
