Centrally Located Family Home In Tampa

Large, spacious and well appointed home. Very well set up, meticulously clean and everything you could want or need is provided. Everything works, is in great condition and is good quality.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. We knew it didn't have a pool but that would really be the icing on the cake for a fantastic property like this one.

A well-equipped house. The space is enough for a larger family. It is a typical American house.

The cleaning was terrible, a wet mop smell in the whole house and dirt on the floor. Doubtful neighborhood, right next to the house was someone consuming something they shouldn't.

The property was recently updated and very nice throughout and very close proximity to the soccer complex we were playing at.

The property is located in the HOOD. Extremely shady neighborhood. The pics of the inside are accurate but the pic of the yard is inaccurate.

Very spacious house which was very properly cleaned. Everything was spotless, the amentities were more than complete. Soap, shampoo, garbage bags, spices for your food, dishwashing tablets you name it and it was already there for us. Bottles of water were in the fridge as well. Big garden with enough seats to hang out. The TV had an enormous amount of (sports)channels plus free YouTube, Netflix etc. Only a 2 minute drive to HardRock Hotel Tampa and a 10/15 minute drive to Tampa city centre. The highway is also very close by. The hosts were very responsive and friendly whenever we had questions. Closest Walmart is only a 8 minute drive. Big driveway in front of the house which had space for 2 big SUV's.

The neighbourhood seemed a bit shady at first, but the neighbours turned out to be very friendly and we never felt unsafe or something.

Very considerate host with added informational guides and a wall full of information. VERY short drive to A LOT of locations. Very clean, even the garage and trash cans.

The beds were a bit firm, but that's to each their own personal taste. Really enjoyed it all nothing to really complain about.

Nicely renovated family house. We loved the stocked kitchen with milk, water and spices. Everything functional and in working order. The backyard is nice, too.

We were in eight and we would prefer at least one more toilet if not complete bathroom. I think for six people is this deal perfect.
