"Si queres pasarla realmente mal contrata a Guest Ready"

No me gustó nada

En pleno invierno el agua de la ducha estaba tíbia tirando a fria. No fueron capaces de oferecer una solución. Tuvimos que dejar la habitacion parada y buscar otro hotel. Desastre!!!

"Kein Aufenthalt möglich"

Wir hatten bei der Buchung angefragt, ob man früher einchecken, bzw. die Koffer abstellen kann. Leider bekamen wir darauf keine Antwort. Als wir dann vor Ort um 15 Uhr einchecken wollten, war die Schlüsselbox leer. Das Reinigungspersonal, das gerade anwesend war sprach leider kein Englisch und konnte/wollte uns trotz Übersetzer nicht weiterhelfen. Mehrere Versuche das Management zu erreichen waren erfolglos. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit booking sollten wir noch 45 Minuten warten und uns danach eine neue Unterkunft organisieren. Mehrkosten bis zu 60 Euro übernimmt booking. Die anschließende Email vom Betreiber mit der Entschuldigung eines vorhandenen Wasserschadens können wir uns nicht erklären, da alle anderen Apartments gebucht waren. Es gab vorher auch keine Kommunikation, die dieser Ausrede bestätigen würde. Gelobt darf trotzdem der Service von booking werden.
