Com esta situat (molt centic). El personal molt agradable i ajudaven sempre que tenies un dubte. Molt net. Gestió i organització perfecte.

Com esta aillat, entra el fred i el soroll. Si els veïns parlaven a prop de l’habitació semblava que estaven dins. S’escoltaven fins i tot converses del carrer. Si passava un vehicle mitjanament gran tremolava tot el terra.

La camera era al piano terra con un piccolo terrazzino privato davvero carino. Camera molto spaziosa e soprattutto molto pulita, allo stesso modo il bagno, non grandissimo, ma ben organizzato e anche questo molto pulito. In camera era presente una macchinetta per il caffè e le cialde venivano fornite ogni giorno, c'era anche la possibilità di usare una cucina in comune, ben organizzata e molto spaziosa. Inoltre la posizione era ottima, al centro, ma comunque in una via tranquilla. Assolutamente consigliato!
