Мне понравилось месторасположение. Бассейн на территории и высота потолков в спальнях. Было везде чисто и довольно хорошо обставленная кухня. Тихие соседи и близость к основной магистрали. Чистые полотенца в достатке.

Один телевизор не работал. Благо их было три штуки. Но мы долго разобрались как настроить звук. Было бы здорово если бы после каждого выезда, работники сбрасывали настройки телевизоров. Грязные полотенца валялись в корзинах для грязного белья. Это притом что мы только заехали. Один кондиционер плохо работал. Был забит и не работал режим Dry. Администратор попросил депозит в размере 5000THB и отдельно попросил возместить стоимость электричества с самым дорогим тарифом для туристов в 7thb/unit чего не было написано при оформлении бронировании жилья. Вообще первый раз сталкиваюсь с депозитами и отдельной оплатой за электричество через booking.com На бассейне все четыре дня кто то оставил мусор и грязные полотенца, с мокрой книжкой и мячом на 3-х лежаках и никто их не убирал.

Да почти все, уборки номеров нет, ни кто не встретил при заезде, смены белья и полотенец нет. Не понимаю за что такой ценник

Nice quiet location but not to far out but you definitely need some kind of transport.

Op zich een fijne, ruime accommodatie. Woongedeelte, keuken met alles er op en er aan en boven twee ruime slaapkamers met twee badkamers. Lokatie is ook prima, vooral met een huurauto is alles goed bereikbaar. Voor mensen zonder eigen vervoer ligt de accommodatie wat afgelegen.

Onderhoud kan beter, vooral het schoon houden van de zwembaden. Een handdoek en theedoek in de keuken zou handig zijn (geen vaatwasser aanwezig).

Recently built condo complex offered spacious unit with modern conveniences to stay in quiet area of KS. Everything worked as it should, and the price was reasonable to try this property based on pics and reviews alone. Management provided info for airport taxi pickup service that worked great.

While communicating our arrival details on Booking, and via recommended WhatsUp, we were baffled to find no one to greet us at the property. We have assumed that someone would hand us the key and show the lay of the land of the booked unit. No unit number was provided anywhere either, and a short while later we were referred to property manager new WhatsApp contact for further instructions. Note to management please use more, or at least some scented detergent for laundering linens, as it had a damp and funky smell to it.

Property was very big and super clean with a nice pool

Overall it was great and beautiful except some important issues.

1. A cleaning lady enters the villa and continues to clean without any permission on the spot and reminder while guests are sleeping. On purpose or not but personal belongings with chocolate and souvenirs were stolen. 2. Electricity and water systems of whole building shuts down for a whole day without any clear reminder and apology from management. In our case we couldn’t use electricity and showers from 8:30 and until 5pm, not even cold water. This was on a day before a flight so you can imagine how sick everyone was after being woken up from heat and then do all suitcases and preparation. 3. And of course they charged us for any “missing” item like a towel in the end so you end up paying double electricity rate if compared to average in Thailand and for example 1100 baht for a towel like shown on the photo. Missing items price list would never be mentioned on the check in day. Our experience this time would be forgotten and not mentioned in details if the management of this facility didn’t pretend like nothing serious happened on the check out date and before. We hope that the managers will act more professionally for other customers.
