Kannapat House

The host Ann is extremely nice and helpful. I've never met such a warm host. Nothing is a problem. She organised scooters for us at a great price. We had a problem with water and it was sorted in minutes! The big house is great, we loved the space. Having a kitchen was awesome. The pool is beautiful and clean! Ann gave us many great recommendations of what to do, where to go, and where is good to eat. Much appreciated.

Unfortunately the bed was the hardest bed we've ever encountered in all of Thailand (and we understand beds are much firmer here). There was only Aircon in the bedroom, this meant the rest of the home was very hot. The biggest downside was the Aircon would be turned off when we left. This was unfortunate as it took about 1.5hrs to cool the bedroom down once turned back on due to the unit being old.

Bardzo ładne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone duże domy, idealne zarówno dla par jak i rodzin. Domy są bardzo przestronne, posiadają przestronny salon z tv i wyjściem na ogród, wyposażone są w bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię. Podczas naszego pobytu tam czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu. Domki są na uboczu (z dala od miejscowości), ale obok ruchliwej drogi, mieliśmy domek w drugiej linii zabudowy, dźwięki z drogi nie docierały do naszej sypialni. Właścicielka jest przemiłą, bardzo sympatyczną i bardzo gościnną osobą. Pomogła nam przy zakupie biletów na pociąg z Trang, poświęciła nam 1,5h czasu, żeby przejść z nami cały proces wypełniania danych i rezerwacji, za co jesteśmy jej ogromnie wdzięczni. Polecamy to miejsce zarówno na krótkie jak i długie pobyty.

nie było niczego takiego, ale warto mieć na uwadze, że aby czuć się w tym miejscu komfortowo, dobrze jest dysponować wynajętym autem lub skuterem..

The location is very quiet and peaceful, only about 15 minutes from Ao Nang by scooter so easy to access. We went to a lovely restaurant for sunset drinks which was also only about 15 minutes away so good location. The pool was lovely and refreshing and clean. Ann is a great host and quick to answer any questions we had about the local area

The bed was a bit hard but that’s personal preference. There is only aircon in the bedroom so living area is hot although a fan was provided. The shower pressure wasn’t the best.

We arrived around 9 pm and we were met by the owner who was very nice and helpful with our bags. We had a little issue with some small flies in the bathroom,we told Ann the host and the next morning she upgraded us to a bigger villa free of charge, which was brilliant,the villa was beautiful and spotless clean,they came and cleaned and made beds and changed bins every day, which was very good and much appreciated . The pool was was big and very clean and had a shower. The gardens were beautiful and very well maintained and so peaceful. The sound of birds was amazing and monkeys in the distance all added to tranquility. We liked it so much we stayed another 6 nights and they let us stay in the big villa and charged us the same rate as the small villa, very good of them. The location is 10 mins drive on moped which was was very easy if you don't drive a grab costs between 150baht and 200baht depending on how late it was . Overall I would highly rate kannapat house 10/10 ,Ann the host was super nice and very helpful with information on great local restaurants and beaches and attractions to see, thank you very much Ann and owner's we would 100% stay her again if we come back

We spent wonderful time in Kannapat House. Calm place with nice swimming pool. Kind and helpful owners.
