Se notificó que el lavamanos estaba tapado y no hubo contestación. El playground estaba sucio, no fue preparado para que los niños pudieran jugar.

Location was good to get to Niagara Falls. Host was kind and let us drop bags off two hours early. It was comfortable

The shower wasn’t amazing. The couch was very old - arm was all caved in. Was comfy but I wouldn’t describe the fittings as ‘luxury’. No lightbulb for example on overhead lamp in main bedroom.

The location is good! The house is spacious.bedrooms are really nice!

The couch has seen better days, and lots of pet hair.

Very nice and very big kitchen well equipped. Very comfortable king size bed never slept on such large bed!

Small bathroom difficult to move. Lack of kettle to boil the water for tea. The lights close the bed in the big bedroom weren’t working. TV was not possible to use ( need extra code or settings change)

U can read all the reviews which had mentioned the problems starting from the 1st feedback and nothing of them has been fixed. Don't go by the name 'luxury'...you will be disappointed. 1) shower water is very slow and their hot and cold name needs to be switched 2) No deep cleaning done. 3) Rugs, sofa, table chair, pillows, blankets all either stained or smelly or hairs on it 4) No instructions provided on how to make the TV work 5) room with single bed doesn't cool at all 6) accommodation is only for 4 people maximum At first look you might like the place but as u sit on the sofa and slowly start using things u will be very disappointed

Close to falls and attractions Beds were comfortable. Large dinning table.

Things were broken like toilet paper and towel holder, shower doors and storm door.
