Luxury Private Home in the Heart of Niagara Falls

The blender and the hairdryer. Not much else.

It was mentioned in earlier reviews and I'm surprised more people didn't mention it but the neighborhood is not great. The bathroom had no hooks or towel bars - ZERO. The place is not close to the word "luxury". The photos are definitely when they first renovated because everything is dated. While parking is free, it is not off-street. I thought that we had a off-street parking spot but it does not. The host said we could park in the back but there was no space and we couldn't get back there from the house. I would NOT recommend this place.

Home was nice and clean.

Property is in need of some TLC but was comfortable for us.

The host was very kind. The accommodation is spacious, suitable for 4 or 5 people. We only stayed one night, but we had a great time at Niagara Falls.

The beds. Refrigerator was great.Next door neighbor to the south was pleasant.

No wash cloths for bathing or washing dishes. Only 1 kitchen trash bag really? Poor kitchen utensils.No access to online or local TV. FIRE hazard could not open door to the backyard. Front weather door spring needs replaced. This was not luxury 😕. Neighborhood is questionable. Need new pillows. Too flat.

Location of property was close to Niagara down town and border to Canada which was convenient. House was located in fairly decent family neighborhood and free parking of vehicle across street from house. Neighborhood was quiet. House interior appeared to have been remodeled with a contemporary feel. Newer appliances. Wi-Fi available. Beds moderately comfortable.

At first when we drove up, I thought the “luxury” home description was a big stretch. The front yard was not mowed, house appeared old and outdated on exterior, neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. The AC is off when you arrive and took some time to cool off house. The first smell that hits you as you enter was a sour, mildewed smell which we found out later was all the towels and bathroom rug. All the throw rugs appeared dirty. The bed sheets were clean but no bedspread on king bed and only a small blanket which did not smell washed. Housing 5 people would have been tough and bathroom is very small. There were food crumbs still in the microwave from a previous visitor and the floors and bathroom appeared like they had not been mopped or cleaned. There were no hooks to hang any thing ie towels or wet clothes The kitchen window has no covering and and faces a dark open alleyway allowing anyone to peer in window at night. We ended up hanging a makeshift covering to block it while we were there. AC was adequate but one room with twin beds got hotter than the rest of house. Hot water and cold water are switched and shower makes a squealing sound when it’s turned on. Honestly had the house and linens have just been cleaned and smelled better the house would have been adequate for us as we were gone all day sightseeing and only there at night. We did not cook any meals there or turn on tv.

The location was located near Niagara.

Not having access to a garage. Would be nice to have dinning recommendations along with other brochures.

Loved the close location and how neat and clean everything was! Communication was excellent and quick with anything we needed. Very nice and comfy to come back to relax after the day's adventures.

Only complaint would be that the air was off when we got there and it took a while to cool down from the summer heat.
