it was centrally located

The property is listed as “luxury” but it is not luxurious at the minute. The standard of cleanliness was very poor. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, hairs in the bathroom floor, dust and grim in the shower and bedrooms, the cutlery and kitchen drawers do not appear to have been cleaned in a while and there were grubby shelves in the fridge. it is a shame. A little more care and attention would make this a very pleasant property to stay in. The brusk manner of check in was impersonal. The owner said a code would be sent to me on the arrival day. I had to phone looking for the code when I arrived and he didn’t say have a pleasant stay, overall feeling was this was a quick buck for the owner with no thought for the client.
