Creek Cabin

There is not one complaint. This place is spectacular. 10's across the board. We will 100% be back around the same time next year!

Everything that we needed for our stay. Very relaxing 5days spent at creekside

Everything about the property was great! The views the creek beside the cabin. It was just peaceful and beautiful!

The only issue we had the internet went out on the last night.

Beautiful spot to relax! Would recommend to anyone looking to have a sweet time in the mountains.

The location and cabin were wonderful. The cabin was well equipped with necessary items for cooking and for daily living needs. The babbling creek added even more ambiance.

I did not like the several miles of dirt road and the resultant dust. This is NOT a criticism of the cabin or of the owners. The cabin and views were just superb.

The cabin was just what we were looking for!! It was nestled in beautiful mountains and was so tranquil. Sitting on the porch listening to the creek water flow was so relaxing. The cabin was equipped with everything needed for the stay. The cabin and property were beautifully maintained. I loved sitting on the porch watching the horses. We took a walk around the stunning property the mountain brows were amazing.

This property is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Owner had so many extras. Bear spray, umbrella, wine glasses etc Horses friendly came to fence for pets.

No complaints

The cabin had all the amenities that was needed for our stay although we only cooked one meal. It was peaceful and a beautiful setting with a neat history. A rustic cabin right beside a creek. Hairdryer worked great. Had spices and a few other things provided in the kitchen that is useful for cooking and preparing meals. The host was quick to respond to our concerns.

There was a mouse problem in the bathroom that took away from being able to relax at night knowing it was running around. Found a mousetrap that my husband set, finally caught it the 3rd night, and disposed of it. Had to ask for clean towels due to the mouse droppings. The bathroom linens, especially the washcloths, were not the softest and one white hand towel, although washed, was stained from prior use. The house needs to be sprayed for spiders. Spider webs were noted in the bathroom with dead bugs in them. Had a hornet's nest on the front porch which the owner's took care of although the hornet's were still building it back when we left. Be mindful that the dirt road to the house is like a washboard in places and it took approximately 25 minutes from the paved road although it's a beautiful drive into the mountain.
