Creek Cabin

The cabin was well constructed, spotless, comfortable beds and blankets, plenty of towels, soap and hot water, good kitchen stove, frig, utensils, plates, cups, spices, soap and paper towels, satellite tv service (DISH) and comfortable seating in front of a picture window with spectacular mountain and meadow views. Outside deck seating was very comfortable….

No lights in the main room except one overhead that was inadequate. There was an overhead light over the dining table but had night light bulbs not regular bulbs. The pots and pans were old, with scratched surfaces and the best one had a broken handle. The bathroom sink was clogged and needed attention and the shower head sprayed needles rather than an adequate spray.

Great location with really nice views in all directions. Fast Internet by SpaceX. Horses were friendly nearby. Bear spray right by the door - luckily didn't need it :). Dirt road to the property is was fairly well maintained but I probably would be little concerned with lower clearance vehicle.

Nothing major to complain about.

The location was beautiful and peaceful, the cabin was clean, comfortable, and just so neat!

The lighting in the cabin could have been better but other than that very small detail it was amazing and couldn't have been happier with the cabin

The property was beautiful. The cabin was in great shape. The dogs were one of the best parts of our trip. They had most of the basic necessities available.

Not that we didn’t like it, but keep in mind it is a long drive into the cabin down a remote 5 mile road. Make sure you stop at the store for any food items you may want, etc.

The location was idyllic! We spent much of our time viewing the landscape and birds through the large picture window and sitting on the porch next to the musical creek. The view from the kitchen sink was the expansive mountain view over the rolling horse pasture. We never did meet the dogs on our trip, but enjoyed feeding apple slices to the horses. The kitchen was well appointed with just about all our cooking needs, including flour and spices. We would love to return to the cozy cabin in the future!

We enjoyed all of it, but suggest a few improvements: right side bed was quite stiff and could use a foam topper. The 8" sautee pan needs replacement to cook pancakes :) It would be nice to have curtains to draw on the kitchen windows to filter morning sun, and screens on the creekside windows so we can be lulled to sleep by the creek.
