Everything was on point & clean no extra fees when I got there, couldn’t tell Neighbors was there.

The area the home,was comfortable and clean. Safe walked and had dinner at Boca great time

The only thing was that it was a little warm in my room The host did adjust the temperature. I still have to use a fan.

check in was easy with the main door code and then the bedroom code. Bedroom was great in terms of size, cleanliness, and noise level (nice and quiet at night when we were there). Loved having the fan in the room!

To make this room even better I would add a shade to the balcony door - this will help with the light at night as well as block seeing in from the outside when lights on at night (door has some frosted type glass in the design but not all of it). Would also swap out 2 of the bed pillows with more full/firm pillows so there is a choice of flat and full pillow options. Again, not a complaint but is a suggestion for minor improvement to make it even nicer.

Clean and safe and quiet. Overall good value . Didn't make use of kitchen or lounge but appreciate they were available.

Would have liked a desk and water glass in the room. Only one restaurant in the neighborhood. It was good, but nowhere to get breakfast.
