Atlanta Unit 1 Room 1 - Peaceful Private Master Bedroom with Private Balcony

The property was clean and comfortable. On a MARTA bus route.

Didn’t feel safe. I heard multiple GUNSHOTS as I walked down the street. One block from the entrance.

This property unit was absolutely amazing from booking to ending and the cleaning lady “Shakia” Was so amazing i loved her. I will definitely be booking again soon, this unit feels like a personal home ❤️ Thank you so much

Very clean, and private. Comfy bed, room came with a TV, fan, and bathroom towels/hand towels

The thermostat was partially falling out of the wall but was still functional

I don’t have a car. I really appreciate that the Property is on two bus routes. It is a 10 minute bus ride from the Greyhound station. My stay was quiet and uneventful. I met one of the cleaning staff, and she was very cute, helpful, and friendly. The house is clean, and it’s appearance is kept up. All of the facilities are in working order. Maintenance is kept up on the property. Entering an exiting, the property is easy and convenient.. There is a Publix supermarket four blocks away which is very convenient. To the east is a very old, and well preserved neighborhood that continues on into Grant Park. It is filled with beautiful tall,and mature trees. Lots of two story houses, and friendly people.

One block to the west towards Hank Arron Blvd is a poor, and rundown neighborhood. This is where you go to catch one of the nearest buses. You pass the homeless sitting on abandoned furniture in the middle of the sidewalk consuming alcohol. I returned late a few nights around 10:30 having to walk through this area from the bus stop to the property. It is not well lit, and can be concerning to the pedestrian when walking through. I’m happy to say that each time I walked to,and from the bus stop It was incident free!
