Perfect location. The kids loved the pool and the smores kit left for them on the counter. The boys even got to see a bear out the window at around midnight and they said it was so cool to see.

The driveway is extremely steep but easier to back down than up.

"Amazing House for Families"

The cabin was in a great location (only 5 minutes from Lake Catherine and 30 minutes from Hot Springs). My 3 and 6 year old loved the creek in the back and the neighborhood playground. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen had cookware making it easy to make meals.

Overall, everything was excellent. If I could change anything I would make the beds just a tad softer.

The house was wonderful and the kids loved the waterfall. They also appreciated the stores. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had easy to follow instructions for check in and out. Highly recommend

A little confusing to get to and not fond of the gated community. The driveway is EXTEMELY steep and scary if you aren't used to it.

The house had more than I expected! I felt right at home!

The only thing we did not like was the deer ticks. That has nothing to do with the property owner
