Iberville Quarters

I liked that the property was only a block from the street car. I liked that my guest and I had our own space and bed. I liked that the refrigerator was stocked with water. The property was clean and had a lot of natural light. The location was convenient in that it wasn't too far from all the Bourbon Street and French Quarter excitement. The property was cool and at a comfortable temperature.

There were no instructions to assist with wifi or what streaming was available on the tvs. The coffee maker was dirty and the snacks were expired. The door to the shower in the front bathroom was broken and would not close, causing water to run out onto the hardwood floors. Instructions were needed to use the shower in the back bathroom of the property. As a result, I had to contact the owner for help. The shower curtain in the back bathroom shower was flimsy and flew all over the place while showering. It rained the first day I was there and there was a leak in the back bathroom. Both luggage racks were broken.

I really liked the location. It is downtown. Just a few mins from anything. The host was so nice. She gave recommendations on places to eat and go. I ate at a few of them and enjoyed the food. The place was renovated and beautiful. The second bathroom was the best. Kitchen beautiful with a full washer and dryer. This was my first time to New Orleans and i can’t wait to go again.

There was nothing i didn’t like.

It was a cute home that fit our whole party easily. Clean, with great A/C. Close to a tram stop.

The walls were very thin to the adjoining home and outdoors. The wifi didn’t work the whole stay. Located in a part of town that borders the line between a nice & not so nice part of town.
