Location and size were absolutely amazing considering how close to the city it was. Cherry Street is not downtown, but you can walk to most of the important locations, and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Kitchen is large and has absolutely EVERYTHING you need to cook, except food. Host is very friendly, but respects your privacy.

shower could have a little more water pressure, and building could be better winterized.

A good value and located so its convenient to all Tulsa. Easy access to the Broken Arrow Expressway. It has a full size kitchen. Privatev parking off street. Its behind the house that is on 14th street so it is not facing the Broken Arrow and is quieter. Perfect for 1 or 2.

No black out drapes, blinds only. Limited space for bath items. Small couch doesn't allow TV watching. Can watch from bed. Streaming TV but I got used to it. I'm an old guy. Narrow drive way.

The niceness of the owner is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Otherwise there were enough issues that I honestly believe I deserve a refund or credit or something. Here are the issues in a nutshell: --DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND POORLY HEATED. The only heat source was two space heaters. One in the kitchen and one in the sleeping area. I was scared to use the latter, because it was plugged into an outlet that had SCORCH MARKS on it. But the owner assured me it was safe to use. However he was adamant that I not move the space heater to other outlets because it could trip the electrical breaker. He was very open about the fact that this property has electrical issues (But none of this was mentioned in the listing). Then it turns out I was right to be scared of scorched outlet, because it spit out sparks after a couple of days. And frankly, even if all outlets worked, this place would still be poorly heated. I had to stay bundled up the whole time. I suggest they remove one of the TWO window AC units (You don't need two ACs to cool an apartment that small) and replace it with a window heater. --RODENTS. Not sure what type of rodent but I'd often hear squeaking at night and I occasionally saw something scurry across the kitchen. --BATHROOM SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES. Listing specifies no smoking, but obviously a previous guest ignored that rule. Had to disinfect the bathroom myself. Also found an old cigarette wedged in the bathroom window. This will teach me to avoid "no refund" listings in the future, because I definitely deserve one from this place.

Clean and cute place. Convenient for my needs and surprisingly quiet for such easy access to the expressway. Great access to shopping and restaurants, but nice amenities if I wanted to just stay put for a bit of nosh and rest. Very polite and helpful folks. Absolutely top of my list for any future stays.

Everything was fine. Nice affordable room a few miles from downtown. Cant beat it for the price.
