"Quiet and inexpensive."

The little house is a good place to stay for its cost and if you would like to cook. It is close to bus line 112 and some other lines if you want to travel to downtown. A grocery store and some restaurants are located not too far (walking distance). Landlord is responsive and helpful!

The shower needs some work as the flow of water is not too good.

I loved the location and that it was exactly what I was looking for my business trip. I was great to stay an affluent area of the city, the accommodations were perfect for what I needed. The host was attentive and helpful. I really liked it.

"Subpar"

The location was very convenient

The celling fan didn't work the shower faucet keep leaking the kitchen faucet only had hot water and there were knats everywhere they kept flying into our drinks. Also the parking was a little tricky while other guest was there..
