The Jets on only one side of the jacuzzi tub worked The dish wasn't hooked up when we got there with a note saying if you unhooked it there was a fine The beds were very uncomfortable you paid $140 for a cleaning fee then I got a text at the very end of the visit that you needed to take all the garbage out you needed to gather all the towels in one room with all the dirty linens and there was something else and all dishes in the dishwasher luckily I discovered this before we left this is a heads up for the next person there is no staff everything is call or text from Florida right from Florida the Smokey Max cabin has a very small parking spot the others are larger not sure why for the same size cabin but

The trees and the pool table

It is a lovely cabin. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Off the main highway down a winding road offering privacy in a quiet setting. All necessities were provided. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub.

While there was plenty of room upstairs, the master downstairs was a little small and we didn’t have access to a closet. The parking for the cabin was a little inconvenient as there was an incline that made it a little difficult.

We enjoyed our first cabin experience at Smokey Max cabin! Everything was great! The pool table added fun to the cabin and it was nice to sit outside on the porches. The beds were so comfortable and warm! We really felt like we were staying in a cozy intimate cabin. It was nice to be able to adjust the heat and watch television/cable in every room. We would definitely come again due to a great experience and I would highly recommend Smokey Max cabin. We all enjoyed our stay.

A few minor suggestion I hope sharing would help to improve. It was hard to play pool upstairs because the railing were in the way. Highly recommend a smaller pool table. The upstairs shower was very small and limited room. A larger shower space upstairs would be great. The upstairs bedroom bed that is close to the window we would suggest putting curtains or blinds in this one area. Removing some of the animals especially the bobcat, fox, and four reindeer upstairs. It was a bit scary because there were so many. Eliminating some of the animals especially in the upstairs bedroom would've made it less scary. These are not dislikes just suggestions to make our next experience and visit excellent.

I liked its location to downtown and I liked its size.
