The safe was locked when we arrived and there was no code or instructions on how to use it. The microwave was dead and didn’t get fixed. The manager was late in responding, asked us to move downstairs on the first morning because of “emergency repairs.” Then after we moved he said that the repairs were not necessary and asked us to move back upstairs again which we did. Don’t appreciate the moving. Then he said that his wife would fix the microwave, and then confirmed that she had done so, but that was simply, how can I say it politely, not true.

The location was nice, the neighbors were reasonably quiet. Outside was well kept. The walls blocked noise from other rooms. There was air conditioning in the main room and in both bedrooms. It had a good aesthetic inside. It was right on a public transit spot and it was close to the city. The shower was clean and recently updated. The bathroom sink was clean and recently updated,

The floors were filthy and there was no broom to clean up. Like really gross. Especially under the beds. There were no cleaning supplies provided for accident clean up. The dishes and silverware were not clean and needed to be rewashed. The pots and pans were in poor condition and dirty as well. The pan was not usable to cook and all food stuck and burned. There was not a mixing bowl/strainer/measuring cup. Cooking anything but toast was unmanageable. There was no way to just boil water. Using the one pot provided left a taste in the water, even after cleaning the pot several times. The beds were very hard. The pullout bed did not have any sheets or blankets. The sheet provided was visibly dirty and very stained. The air conditioners were located so that it blew right on to you when sleeping and would "spit" water. The 2nd bedroom bed was not put together and moved away form the wall. 50% of outlets were not working on the bedside lamps. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. It was very hard to wash soap off body and hair due to lack of water in the shower. The window curtain in the bathroom would not close completely, leaving us exposed to the outside when in the bathroom. The bathroom window was coming off its hinge and would not open. Bedroom blind in 2nd room was not functional. There was no way to hang up wet towels after showering.

The location was unsafe and next to an hourly sex motel.

location and price were great deal, can’t find anything to beat that

mattresses were just ok. Cooking pans were out of date. There was some trash in bathroom trash can when we arrived, wondered if the cleaning crew did good job

The pictures did not match with what the actual house was. We were lied to. There were ants everywhere and it looked like the unit was not cleaned. It was also in a sketchy neighborhood.

parking was terrible

Great value and everything worked and was clean, all amenities were provided for and the rooms were exceptional.

Traffic can be noisy and difficult to ignore from both bedrooms.
