Location was great, clean, and cozy.

The back patio was too small for the hot tub and drive way was awkward with the fire pit

The cabin was very cozy.

The beds was very hard to sleeping they were very hard. The hot tub didn't work. We were told sorry. That was very upsetting.

The house is close to Hendersonville. It was in a relatively quiet location and was very clean. The host was very responsive. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The check-out for the house was extremely simple and quick. The front porch was comfortable. There were ample towels and they were very soft and absorbent.

The house is right on the road and it's on a steep hill so there isn't any outdoor yard area, except for a small outdoor firepit located in the middle of the very narrow U shaped driveway. The oven wasn't working which the host knew about but didn't tell us about in advance. The neighbors 1 house down had trash in their front yard, discarded toilets, etc and a confederate flag with a machine gun in the center of the flag decal on their car. They were shooting guns in the yard on the first evening we arrived. The hot tub was clean and heated up to 101 quickly but most of the jets didn't work. We couldn't get the fireplace to work but we had already called the host twice and didn't want to call again because although he was very polite in every interaction, we were feeling like a bother. The dining area was tiny and uncomfortable. The lighting throughout the house was either too dark or too bright and the ceiling fans were noisy and only appeared to have one setting, on high or off. I don't like to write a negative review and frankly, many of the issues could be resolved with a little investment, except for the location of the house. I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Very nice relaxing area, hot tub was a treat to have after hiking.
