Rooster Ridge

This cabin was absolutely perfect for mother daughter weekend getaway. The location is ideal for day adventures and return to enjoy hot tub after hiking! The cabin itself is pristine clean and it's obvious the owner takes immense pride, high standards for maintaining as well as guests responsibility. Anything one may need, the cabin has it!!

Unfamiliar with the area climate, perhaps add a dehumidifier.

Very well maintained. Clean and neat inside and out. The property is located close to Hendersonville, NC. As well as Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Although, my manager and I were in town for business, we had a very relaxing time at the cabin. The owner was in contact with us regarding the stay. He was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property without reservation. Thank you for making a business trip a mini-vacation:)

The road into the property could use some improvement. Very large potholes, that can be navigated somewhat in daylight, (definitely not as well during dark hours. It would be extremely helpful if the cabin had a sensor light that illuminated the driveway. We had to leave at 5:30 AM. , and it was somewhat difficult to navigate the walkway and driveway in the dark.

Maybe a better selection of dvds or some games would have been nice.
